Well lets see, where do I start?
Basically I’m a 23 year guy from Pittsburgh, PA and for the most part I’m a pretty normal person (I guess). I graduated in May of 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. I like beer, movies (horror and cult films mostly), stupid gadgets, and music so that sounds pretty normal, right? I’ve been posting on message boards for years now, and I’ve racked up thousands of posts so I finally decided to open my own website/blog. I think that it will keep things a bit more interesting than just the run of the mill message board banter.
So whats this site all about? Well, I like to drink alot of good (or perhaps strange, depending on your preference) beer and watch alot of weird movies. I like to keep things interesting rather than drinking the same old Bud Light shit and watching Hollywood churn out movies with the regurgitated and predictable plots. I probably should have mentioned that I’m somewhat opinionated at times too.
Anyway, I like to share my experiences with good beer, bizarre movies, and funny garbage with others, and I like to throw out some random stuff thats on my mind. So I figured what the hell, I might as well open up a site with all the garbage thats on my mind, and call it Miscellaneous Garbage. Makes perfect sense to me!
I should also probably mention that my web-design skills are a bit sub-par despite the fact that I have an IT degree (perhaps if they had more than 1 simple HTML course the entire time I was there I’d be better at this, but I digress). I made this blog with WordPress and I’m using the Sodelicious Black theme. This theme’s header and footer was customized by Robbie Watson from the website The Rants and Raves.
