For this post, I’m going to take a break from my oddball antics and bring to your attention a cause that I think is important. I’ve always loved animals, and I’m particularly fond of bulldogs. There’s just a certain kindness that comes from those monsters that you can’t get from any other dog. That’s why I think you should support HeavenSent Bulldog Rescue. HeavenSent is a non-profit organization based in New Jersey and Pennsylvania that prides itself on rescuing bulldogs. They function primarily on donations and they need your help to rescue dogs in need. So if you can, send a donation to these folks and show your love for animals!
Also, keep a look out sometime this week for another beer review. The good folks at Flying Dog Brewery sent me a few samples that I’m dying to try.

I think bulldogs are so cute. I too am an animal lover. It’s so nice of you to support the cause.
I was at the dog park the other day and this guy was there with his bulldog who was bulling my well-behaved littler dog. My dog was trying to get out of the dog pool and his bulldog was staring him down not letting him out. So I pushed the bulldog aside with my leg and the owner got pissed and was all lik, “don’t kick my dog!” I couldn’t believe it. It was traumatizing. But I still love bulldogs-just not stupid owners who don’t know how to raise a well-behaved bulldog.
