A lot of people bashed him for no reason . Most of those people probably don't have a creative bone in their entire body; Yet, they bash Rob for having an imagination? That's just utter stupidity. His take on Halloween was beautiful. The original is a masterpiece because back then, in the 70s & 80s, something like that would have been terrifying! What people seem to be unable to grasp is that Rob took that & twisted it into his own creation. Rob took ideas from what happens nowadays in the news and all the horrifying stories about serial killers you hear about and the average every-day family [yes, the average every-day family. You think stuff like that isn't real? Think again!]and turned it into something that was real for our generation but also kept to portions of the original film. It's called a re-make for a reason, guys. Just like the new Nightmare on Elm Street. You can't have Robert Englund again because calling it a re-make would defeat the purpose. Just let Rob work! He's got creativity and imagination. It's about damn time something fresh came along. Rob Zombie is an amazing artist.
